Transport vehicles must provide the following qualifications:

　　The first and sixth certificates

　　Driving license, driving license (main vehicle, trailer), road transportation license, hazardous chemical transportation qualification certificate, tank inspection report, escort qualification certificate。

　　Ii. Requirements

　　1.Photo of driver's license and employment qualification certificate is the same as the driver himself, in the validity period。

　　2.The photo of the escort qualification certificate is consistent with my own, in the validity period, the driver and the escort of the same vehicle cannot be the same person。

　　3.The load of the road transport permit is consistent with that on the driving permit, within the validity period。

　　4.The license plate number on the tank inspection report is consistent with that on other documents, and the nuclear load is consistent with that on the driving license transport certificate. During the validity period, the inspection conclusion is qualified and whether the medium meets the requirements。
